As previously stated on another thread, I came within £500 of securing the D3 Touring at Sytner Leicester. Sales man was a numpty. Have deposited on a 330D SE with pretty much everything, nav, tv etc etc. Will miss the Audi as now will never be let out of a junction, but the BMW diesels are...

My main man Bowf. You will never know how close I got to that D3 touring in Leicester. If it was not due to the ineptitude of the sales guy, I think I would be signing the register!! As for the other comments, c'mon, grow the f**k up. (Not you Bowf, the other dude.....)

just spoke to Sytner Leicester. Not the sharpest tools in the shed!! very,very frustrating to deal with. Guy was a complete knob. He kept asking what I wanted for mine, when clearly it is about the cost of change..... Have asked another Sytner dealer to try and do a deal on it for me. Will...

true. the 330 would be nice, but the D3 looks amazing. seems quite steep at nearly 30k with 10k miles. What do you think?

looks lovely. how is the ride? harder than the m-sport? if so, I may steer clear as the s-line ride is about my limit!!

Getting Mid 40's (3k ave. 45.3) on most runs. I live in central London so am in traffic for at least 30 mins each journey. Not too bad really. Have covered 9k so far. Should have had lumbar though!

Ah, I too sometimes drive like a spaz when in a rush and too heavy on the gas. A steadier/smoother right foot until 2nd gear is engaged should see you right. I agree, you shouldn't have to alter driving style to enjoy your car, but sadly this is the case. Even the Mrs commented on my...

Interestingly, I have not had the "tractor" for 4-5000 miles now. Not missing it! Is this the longest thread ever now? Absolutely loving the 170. Parking it on Londons streets is giving me nightmares though!
