Yeah think it was the cogs as they were crunching abit then going smooth etc. But thougt fk it forced it around and it works although I set it high so looks like it idles at 1000, but when engine is off it sits above 0 so not really bothered.

Funny you say this ive notice same. Although its my steering wheel (im guessing you mean same) its just wobbles abit. Audi didnt notice it on saftey check and i totally forgot to ask them aha.

You dont have to get the waterpump done but its recommended. Ive just had mine done at stoke audi (fantastic job) but didnt need waterpump was fine.
