As some of you may already know my S3 has been misfiring lately. I changed the coil packs and spark plugs (common problems), it stopped miss firing but then came back. This didn't solve the problem.:uhm:

The guy who is going to look at my car works for a firm that specifically deals with VW's and Audi's he works on them on the time...anyway we will see how it goes im sure it will be fine.

I have got a guy (cousins mate) coming down on sat with another sort of vag com he will find out the problem and try fix it on the day, if this fails then i will contact Dean Hill.
Jambo do you know how much he roughly charges per hour? so i have some sort of idea.

been through a set of cheap £20 bosch super 4 the metal sorted of bended like rubber under the s3's pressure. At the moment my car is running the hgk spark plugs from audi main dealer £50 they set me back. I checked them today they seem fine...
I used brand new coil packs and spark plugs from audi main dealers. Ill give the injector wiring a clean.

Wires round the coil packs are fine. No hissing at all.
