How do I make the air con to be in synch on both sides ? at the moment when I inc the driver side it doesn't inc the pasenger side... I know there is a trick but I can't rem and can't be find the manual at the moment :-)

I think u can unclip it looking at the parts... (didn't try though) However to remove the other badge is very easy... heat it up slightly with hair dryer and then use dental floss.... goes away very easily... the glue is in fact some kind of sticky foam.
