    First 'variable' service at exactly 12 months?

    I'm having a similar experience too...I bought a facelift 58 plate s3 SB a few weeks ago (it was serviced just before I picked it up) and took it back to the dealer for the same reason...they claim that they have checked it on both fixed and variable and it is now back on variable as requested...
