Well, for some reason I haven’t been getting notifications of any replies on any topics[emoji848]
Anyway, this was the problem with my screen…
I wasn’t upgrading so I replaced it with a 4L0919604 which was considerably cheaper than the 8T0 model and it’s now working perfectly…

Good afternoon,
Can anybody tell me if there are any differences in the MMI 3G Low/Basic screens?
I’ve seen some with the first two digits different to mine and I’m wondering if these numbers refer to the model of Audi the screen was fitted to?
Mine is from a 2010 Audi A4 and my part number...
I tried Autoglym tar remover, as I already had some, but it didn’t touch it. I did have reasonable success with a multi-solvent and carb cleaner. There’s still some residue, but I’m happier with it now. Next time I wash it, I’ll probably use some back to black.
Thanks for all your help.
I’ve only tried to clean it using the usual car shampoo, I was wondering if any other products could possibly fix it?
I took it up with Thule when it happened and they confirmed my suspicions
That’s exactly it, it’s where the rubber foot was sat.
I suspect the chemical got under the rubber foot and did this damage as it wasn’t rinsed off.
Is there a way to repair this?
I made the mistake of having my car cleaned by someone that used a chemical, despite asking them not to use it. When I removed the roof bars I found the black roof rails were stained. Is there a way to correct this?
Many thanks

Has anyone out there got the smoking pack deleted on their B8? What is there in place of the ash tray and cigar lighter, ideally any pics or part numbers?
Thanks

Is there such a thing?
Is it possible to convert from the smoking to non smoking pack?
Does anybody have any pictures of the centre console without the ashtray and cigar lighter?
And finally, any part numbers? [emoji2]
Thanks

It states there are three, but I only have the two main fobs and the plastic fob in the glovebox, however the emergency key isn’t present. I’ve asked the trade supplier if he could ask the previous owner and personal friend of his, so we’ll see if it materialises.
