    Car sounds like a tracktor on cold start.

    Check the Manifold to Turbo Gasket (make sure that the bolts are also tightened) as well as the Downpipe gasket

    boost hesitation

    Check that the bolts from your Manifold to turbo are tight, as well as it could be a blown gasket that may need replacing. its a triangular shaped gasket that sits between the manifold and turbo, will cause slow boost build up as well as you may not reach your normal boost levels.

    Kuvi-S3! Just remember 3 rights make a left! ;-) Does sound like the relay bud, maybe just pull it and check, might just need to be sprayed with some contact cleaner...

    I also looked good driving a 335i :beerchug:.... but when I saw the 1 series, it is a bit foo foo for you... especially when I know that you own Kratos!
