check your handbook you can tow it for no more than 50 miles with front wheels off ground and speed must be kept low.so only do this to get car in safe place did mine with zero issues

keep having probs with the fuse ontop of battery that does fans i know the panel is cheap from audi.but will prob end up with same prob has anyone thoght of perhaps using car audio power dist block to replace it.and does anyone know what the fuses all do thanks b:respekt:

its easy to replace it sits under back seat under panel on drivers side just unplug wiring squeeze pipe ends with pliers to pop off unscrew ring lift out carefully remembering theres a float for fuel gauge and what way its facing disconnect pipe in tank and wiring fit new one making surerubber...

i had to get a4 facia and trim it down not perfect fit but closet u will get without making from scratch i fitted double din pioneer

i had same problem ended up being the fuse on top of battery terminals corodeyou wiggle it about and it works just cleaned up terminals no prob :rockwoot::greyrs4:since

just get a small flat screwdriver and slip it between trim and dash it will just un clip. you can then pull out switch and change it over really is easy as un clip trim change switch no need to remove radio just the trim around hazard switch

happened to me you wont be able to push rod in easy remember it works on a lever and your leg not your hand.mine was bent too i thought it was meant to be so left it but want happy with gear change so straightened it with mole grips are only soft metal so bends realy easy:blackrs4:
