    You pushed the keys all the way in until they 'click' It would then pull out no problem, unless you have a caught wire on the back.

    My LCD DIS has properly given up, very rarely comes on and when it does, most of the lines are missing. Ideally would like to get it repaired as the info on there is very handy. Anyone used the service on eBay by Allsortsuk2009?

    I take it that if you don't have the BOSE in your A3, then you can just use any headunit and a wiring harness for it to work? Is there anything that allows the original CD Changer to still be used?

    If it's been in a collision, then check the frames of the front seats. Having seen some before, they tend to twist making them un-safe for them to be re-used
