I ve decided to keep it. I did think about a Golf GTI and a R but couldn't justify spending at least another £7k to swap (I am a strictly readies man, no PCP / Lease).

I enquired about exchanging my July 2013 CoD for a S3 (priced at £30.3K after 8% discount). Cost to change was £11.3k, valuing my CoD at £19K. This was at Kings Lynn Audi. Hope that helps!!

Your 20 mile commute is similiar to mine (11.5 miles each way). I had an A1 1.6 TDI and was getting weekly DPF regens. Got rather annoying hence I chose the 1.4 CoD and I am loving mine. MPG is ok too, averaging 44 mpg @ 13.4p per mile compared to 57 mpg @ 10.9p per mile on the A1 1.6 TDI...

I use mp3tag to change embedded album artwork for music downloaded from Amazon and emusic as they are all 600 x 600 or greater in size which is no good for the non tech pack.

My CoD now has 7k miles on the clock and I am finding that MPG is very consistent. For the past month, I am averaging just above 44 mpg (manually calculated - DIS tends to read around 46.5). Whereas in contrast, the mpg in my 1.6 TDI tend to fluctuate between 52 mpg to 57 mpg around this time...

My previous 4 cars were all diesels and I had forgotten what it was like to drive a petrol car. The refinement and smooth acceleration more than makes up for the additional fuel costs (13.7p as oppose to 11p per mile in the 1.6 TDI)

I would have a look at an used example as well, plenty of SBs on the Audi approved website. I recently saw a 63 reg 1.4 sline Daytona CoD with comfort / SD nav / sunshine roof for a starting price of £24k. Pretty good in my view.
