One touch has never been an issue. I tried the method outlined above and still not working. Will try again after just to double check. Any other ideas?

i had my car serviced in January by Audi and the last 30 days ive been getting daily warning of service due in 14900/30 days with the days counter counting down. I assumed they just forgot to reset it so i used carista to reset and it reset the mileage and the days to 90 days?! why wont it reset...
