is it difficult to remove an intercooler off a 1.9tdi?

thanks guys.i've been told that the turbo and manifold are one item,is this true?because the replacement turbo i've seen is in a box on its own.don't wanna sound really thick but will the 130 turbo make any diffrence to the power?

hi guys help needed.the turbo has just blown on my 1.9tdi115se.its sucked nearly all the engine oil through the intercooler has well,so need to replace that aswell.can anyone tell me if the 130 turbocharger can be put on it?

hi guys does anyone know how you turn the service indicator off that comes on when the ignition is switched on?i was told to press the spanner button whilst turning the ignition on,but that hasn't worked. any help would be appreciated.:busted_cop:

just typed it in and its a 5 piece kit for £44.95. they have happy customers,so i might give it a try.

a while ago my 1.9tdi did that going up a motorway slip road.it felt like all the power had just fanished.when it was plugged into a computer the guy shown me the engine over boosted from its standard 270nm to 320nm for a couple of seconds so it goes into a safe mode to protect itself.the guy...

thanks guys,did notice when trying to take one of the bulbs out the whole inner part of the headlight swung backwards,as though it was hindged from the top.i thought it was strange that it would do that?like way318 says they are a bad design for a dipped beam. do all a4 have an electrical...

do you not think the nearside headlight is too low?

hi everyone,just joined.can anyone tell me if the dipped beam on the a4 can be adjusted?on my car its qute low and just seems to give out two blobs of light on either side,but still seems high on when reflecting off things further away.any ideas would be appreciated. thanks:busted_cop:
