il have to find someone with vag com in birmingham and get it hooked up:banghead:

im gonna go tommorow to get the car on a vagcom place was closed today. is there any kit i could buy to check for leaks? and how would i go about checking for leaks??? any help would be great cheers...

just a little update on symptoms. i have checked the dv that is fine no rips in the rubber i have driven the car again and to me this is what happens. if i put my foot down in 1st gear it will boost up change into second it will kick in but not much then will completely die off through 3rd 4th...

il take the diverter valve apart again if i remember im sure the rubber does come apart from the shaft there is a spring inside il look into getting vag com

yes mine is the 8p 2.0t i have checked the diverter valva all pipe work is tight no rips in the rubber but how would i be able to check if it is working as i do not have vag com?

i have fitted the ko4 turbo but have not yet had the s3 intercooler fitted running it with the standerd intercooler plus standerd injectors i had ccm come out and remap the car but the car is is not boosting i can heer the waste gate going off but still very little boost what should i do next??

cheers mate trip to the dealers then im ready to fit the turbo. well after i find whats shattering the turbine shaft:ermm: forgot to mention that the dealers fitted 2 new turbos under warrenty so guess they would of flushed the system and new oil??

i have now purcased the s3 ko4 with all parts to fit on i will change the oil feed pipes before i put the new turbo on the car is running totaly standerd

forgot to mention this is the 2.0t fsi engine

:banghead:Hi,looking for some help with my ko3 turbo. I have gone through four turbos in four months,the last one only lasting three days!!!! The problem seems to be the turbine shaft inside the turbo keeps shattering. What could cause this to happen? oil feed? coolant feed?any help with this...
