Microfibres are to tightly weaved for a wash mitt, Lambswool is the better option. Dirt just gets stuck in the microfibre, microfibre is awesome for polishing tho.

Cheers guys. Just left the engine cleaner for 5 min then rinsed with a wet sponge (squeasing it) I find a few coats of rubber care works best. It wasnt dryed in the pic, but has left no streaks.

Not too intresting but thought i thought would share my cleaned bay lol. Before After (obviously) Started with engine cleaner and a 30min scrub, dryed then dressed with autoglym.

Yeah re-set the trip every time i fill up mate. The car get used for around town in the week, dropping the little un at school and picking him up ect...thought 22mpg seemed low, but mabye it's right. Cheers for the replys, guys.

As above i know the S3 isn't the car for fuel but i can't get above 22mpg at all. I have had the car for about 5-6 month, it's been mapped and has a 007p valve thats all, I run the car on super unleaded too? Obvioulsy the mpg goes higher but everytime i refuel the average mpg is never above...

Hi all. I have a 210 s3 which was re-mapped last month to around 260bhp and i'm after a little more torque and power without the noise really. The only thing i have changed is the re-circulating valve to a forge 007p. Everything else is standard. I'm new to turbo cars so could you explain...

Yeah it's remapped. Hits 1.5 bar when cold then goes to 1.3 bar so i'm guessing the pipe is the right one.

Can post pic's tomoz mate. The pipe runs along the fuel rail then into the inlet mani.....

Cheers for the help mate. My car is completly standard, it's going to a tuning garage tomorrow to check the boost pressure and find out if the car has a fault. If there are no faults it's going to be re-mapped to get some power back lol.

My car has had various parts fitted as i had lost all the boost form my S3. It has had a new dumpvalve fitted, new MAF and a boost pressure regulator valve fitted. The boost is now better than it was but is deffo not right? I'm thinking the turbo could be gone as the boost is very weak in...

Right they have fitted the boost pressure regulator valve and it has improved it alot. But it still isn't boosting high enough! The Boost is very weak and doesn't feel quick at all, even in first gear! Do you think it needs a new turbo?? Is there anyway i can check that the turbo is at full...
