A bmc is an air filter! It made my polo 16v sound like a ****** tvr, but then that was a 16v! They are carbon air boxes, and can add some gain (noticed it slightly on my vr6, but for the price of them, the only winning factor is really the noise!! milltek (sp?) do good sounding exhausts, but...

Get a bmc, exhaust etc and if you want to go further go for cams, remap etc.... The best looking body kit is the one that audi put on the car!! :thumbsup:
