I know this may have come up before but how the heck do you change the bulbs in the headlight cluster on a 2009 A3 TDi ??? the only way I can see is to remove the headlight assembly is this right? if so do I need to remove the bumper first? PLEASE someone tell me there is an easier way...

Both the nearside doors do not unlock on my 2009 A3 with the handset, will unlock ok from the inside, I know this may be a common problem and I am most likely going have to replace both locks but before I do is there any chance the locks can be repaired??? also can anyone recommend a supplier...

Thanks SORTED reset all the windows and everything is working now, though I never disconnected the battery? could be voltage drop due to the cold weather perhaps?

I can no longer operate the windows on my 2009 A3 TDi via the handset, they work O.K. from the controls inside the car but not from the remote handset,,,, was working fine until recently, any ideas? Central locking works fine and the battery seems O.K. Thanks.

I also have the same problem but with rear N/S door locks but will not unlock with the fob,once unlocked from the inside door opens O.K. but when locked by the fob will not unlock !! I am thinking is this a lock/actuator fault or possibly a relay?? will check if it stops raining. Regards. Rommel.

The rear wiper motor is leaking screen wash from back where the square pipe union goes into it and causing the hatchback lock alarm switch to set off the alarm dried that out fingers crossed, but has any body taken a rear wiper motor apart to repair leaks???? motor works fine and looks new but...

Well there's a paper fuel filter and rubber seals and injectors on my Defender and I have had no probs.
