I know this has been asked a few times but what oil do you guys reccomend for a remapped 180bhp 1.8t as my 40k service will be due soon and wondering what oil to use as i drive the car quite hard. and would you guys reccomend a change every 5k? or is this excessive?

im looking into a VDO Boost Guage from awesome GTi what parts do i need to fit it? hoze of some sort? Cheers Guys
