They are all Electronically Speed Limited to 155mph or 135mph depending on country you are in or car is from. The only way they can go faster is to have the Electronic Limiter removed/adjusted.

I'm very skeptical as to whether a 3.0 TDi even remapped for 300bhp will hit 175mph. But anyway, to get to that speed you would have to have the speed limiter removed/adjusted, make sure this dodgy remap didn't reintroduce the limiter.

Looks real nice, what model are the paddles and alloy edged switches from and was it fairly easy to swap? How careful did you have to be with the Air Bag, I'm guessing you disconnected the Battery to do this?

Sounds like the sensor to me, it's also the more common and less expensive issue with soft close, the more expensive being the motor but since that seems to work fine when you unplug and plug back in I'd 90% say dodgy sensor/s. I also know of someone who fixed a very similar sounding issue by...

It is ridiculous. Try speaking to Parts Dept instead and ask for the part number that's superseded the one given on audi-resource, if we can find out the part number of the new update disc we should be able to find it somewhere if Audi wont sell it to us. Maybe your dealer will actually know it?

Yea, your BEM Software version is 0550, mine is 0510. I'm going to ring Audi again and ask to speak directly to a tech instead of trying to explain everything in as simple terms as possible to a receptionist who then speaks to a tech and probably says completely the wrong thing.

If it is the BEM Software though it will just do the same thing with any new battery.
