Was the £280 for just friction and pressure plate or did you get the slave too? I really don't think I will be running a dual mass, I know a few people who run single mass with no issues at all
I hate DMF with a passion, they belong on diesels not petrols lol. I just want the weak link out of the equation yano.

It's a sachs organic friction plate, sachs cover plate, sachs slave but with their own single mass flywheel which weighs 10kg (same as OE iirc). Nice chap to deal with too
Thanks for the reply buddy! I have actually came across that company in my research travels, looks like really good quality components! I think I may have found my solution, flywheel and organic friction plate from TTV racing and run an OE pressure plate and slave. Works out very well price wise...

Will be doing a clutch and flywheel upgrade soon along with many other things.
Have been recommended a sachs 4 puk with std cover plate.
Was just after some feedback from people who have this setup really, it's my daily driver so I get stuck in traffic etc etc.

Have new studs and nuts already, fluids I have too. I have all turbo gaskets too as will be fitting hybrid and new OE manifold at the same time. Along with clutch and flywheel (expensive few months lol)

I have new injector seats to go in an inlet manifold I just had aqua blasted, I need to know what sealant I should use when fitting. I have some of the Mac tools threadlocker which is oil tolerant but not sure...
Make sure when you fit the callipers back on that there isn't a big gap between the pad & disc. Wind out the piston slightly to make it sit closer to the disc then adjust the 10mm nut under centre console.
