As per the title, can anyone tell me the difference between 8P0 858 005 A and D. I believe the D is from the current model and takes the face lifted buttons. Is that the only difference? It's for an RNS-E 8P0 035 193 H (eventually)

I had similair issues on my car, for me it was the rear wiper motor leaking. Once it had dried out, the boot sensor went back to working fine. As a temporary solution I just stopped using the back wiper jet.

I brought my A3 2.0TDi (140) a year ago now. The car had a full dealership service history. Its now just ticked over 91k on the clock and the only issue I've had is the rear wiper motor leaks.
