Question is , does this help with the launch off the line at a drag race. The standard set up just boggs like a sh!t ... it's so unlike the gen 1 system found in the 8L S3 . With launch control , you can get the 8L spinnin all 4 wheels off the line ..with some sideways motion.

A lot of the marketing info states that the revised controller helps with off the line acceleration , I wonder if it really does ... does it take away the nasty pre-load to the rear Diff ??

Hey there people, Have any of you upgraded the haldex controller on the 8P S3 ?? Does this sort out the issue of bogging down on the line at launch ?? I am wondering if the controller upgrade takes away some of the pre-load to the rear differential ... We simply can not get the car's...

Guys , Sorry , I have not read the entire thread so if I am repeating anything..appologies .. I have found that the wheel rubs on the foam liner under the fender , not on any screws. I have 15mm Eibachs allround and H+R sport springs as well .

Hey Guys , That's the first thing I did when I got my S , 15mm Eibach spacers all round.. What a difference .. Looked and rode so much better. Now with the H+R springs , it's all good ! Runnin a bit of camber on the rear to prevent touching , but I think a tad too much camber. Gona change...

It seems as if all the pumps are the same (KO3 and KO4 equipped motors) , just the cam lobe that actuates the pump is different.
