small update after installing the cam sensor still no start or erros showing. Any other ideas My next port of call is the temp sensor

haven't got a vagcom so might have to invest in one, but the camshaft sensor is only £10 from ebay so going to order one and see what happens. Anyone else had the same issue?

good morning on this cold sunday. Car seemed fine until trying to start this morning, the car tries to fire but nothing hadn't used the car since thursday when it was fine no starting problems what so ever. Any ideas what this could be no errors show on the dash it just doesn't want to start...

Took it off and cleaned and reapplied the thermal paste I shall see what happens now Cheers for your help

it is AGU just started the car and it was fine would this affect warm starts?
