I can't see there being a problem lowering by 20mm, more dependent on the size and offset of your alloys. Mines lowered more than that and have 18" TT Quattro Sport alloys, no problem at all with the ride.

I also heard this, a cold day as the fuel is more dense. I believe the tanks are deep underground so not affected by ambient temperature, contain '000's of litres so any temperature variation would have no effect and the fuel doesn't stay in the tanks long enough. So personally, I think anyone...

I didn't personally do the swap from KO3 to KO3s but I believe its just a straight swap, you may need a KO3s TIP? Regarding the map, I imagine you won't see much of a gain without getting it mapped as fuel/air mixture will be incorrect.
