Has anyone else with an S4 B6 have this 'feature'? Get in turn the key, all the lights come on...... and then nothing. For anything up to 10-15 seconds. Then after this delay it fires up no problem as you would expect, not struggling to crank over or taking ages to start.... I have changed...

I used a canbus emulator on mine. as it not only gives you the switched 12v but also outputs for the dimming, brake and mute etc.

I had the same thought about these lights, i thought the black ones looked quite cool but didnt for four reasons: 1) I saw a picture of the back of them, and they looked half finished 2) I emailed the seller and the drl's only work on the sidelight switch. 2) I found a review of similar ones...

you wont be disappointed with either. I have 452's on the front of my s4 t the moment and they still perform well even though nearly down to the wear bars. I had 912's on my civic before and they were excellent, imho outperformed the michelins that were on it previously. Did take a fair few...

yes i agree, making a car 'yours' and modding to make improvements is something I can never resist. But i cant see the advantage to this one, surely for the cost of the bodykit you could sell a B6 and buy a B7 with all the improvements of a model upgrade. then spend you dough on modding...

This was my thought as well. Why go through all the bother, surely easier to just buy a B7?

had two audi cabs one with standard and one with bose. The bose is slightly better, but not by much. If i bought another without bose I wouldnt be all that concerned as the standard setup is pretty good.......

you may need to upgrade your steering wheel control module as well I believe.......

i had a problem with my last A4, wouldnt go from 1st into 2nd. the garage i took it to topped it up with oil and shoved in some molyslip... Was a smooth as a cashmere codpiece after, couldnt believe the difference This was i was told by Audi... "no you cant top it up, its a sealed for life unit"

Are you fitting yourself or have a friendly gearbox place? I cant find anyone interested in doing it for sensible money. Do you know if the B6 and B7 gearboxes are different?
