    Apparently the allocation of these per dealer over the next year is predicted to only be a handfull. So if you want one get in quick. I could have put a deposit on one today, but I won't be ready to buy for at least 18 months.

    Nearest for me was a couple of months back when I followed a 16 plate red S3 from the post house rbt on the A55 along the A483 past Wrexham.

    Over the last month or so there seemed to be plenty of S3s in Aus and NZ. Heres one I found in Neutral Bay on Thurs 10th March.

    Time for a change

    My S3 will be 3yo this year; now I fancy a change too. That ford does seem to me at least as much fun as the Golf, with performance more like the RS3 and AMG 45 at not much more cost than the golf. I wonder which one I'm going to choose? I'd suggest the Ford to both you and I.

    A few weeks ago there were 3 within a few yards of each other in Tesco's car park in Prestatyn, mine being one of them.

    Power vs Spec

    In my book, no amount of extras will ever make up for the power and grip of the S3. Mind you I'm not into adding lottsa extras; just keep them to those that fit with the driving I do. The same will be with an RS3 which I intend to order latter on in the year; my spec. will be about £44k.
