Does it really that much of a difference this paste? As said my mate work for VW and said that he's never used this paste on his AGU and his seems to work fine! :s

So changed over to a mates AGU coil amplifier, when I took mine off it had a lot of white powder/paste between the contact patches. Ran his for an hours worth of driving and no problems, then changed back to mine after cleaning both contact patches and eurika! No stuttering! So fingers crossed...

Ah okay, how much did the part it set you back if you dont mind me asking? Will look at getting that sorted as i'm not sure who else I know has the AGU engine like mine. Cheers Nick

Cheers for a few more ideas guys! Just a little update, fitted a new MAF sensor and things all seemed to be alright for 80 miles roughly. Stuttered a couple of times then ran fine for the rest of the 230 mile trip I was doing on Tuesday, then the next day it started playing up again so...

As above just recently bought a A3 1.8T and seems over the last couple of days its started randomly stuttering/running on 3 cylinders, i've already changed all 4 coils for new ones and well as 4 new spark plugs. Had it plugged into Vagcom today and there's no fault codes, it's really starting to...
