If its broken in the way the thieves snap them to steal then no, not really the bracket is sprung loaded and not easy/safe to reassemble, so Audi only sell the whole part including mirror cover. See if you can get one from scrap and transfer your cover etc.

Unfortunately the people who try to steal these are too stupid to realise the etched number plate makes them difficult to sell on!

Wouldn't bother with etching/stamping the number plate, someone still tried to knick mine again with it clearly visible on the top. The cabling did mean he only snapped the passengers side off before realising he couldnt take them away and fu@ked off empty handed. I'd highly recommend it...
