The coolant colour has recently changed because the new stuff can now be mixed with the old blue type G11. The 2 new types are called G12 and G12+. they both now contain a sealing agent to help stop small leaks etc.
I actually have some in my tool box. It only comes in small bottles, and i mean small. I got given it which is a bonus coz its very expensive and rare as rocking horse you know what!
These calipers are the same style as porsche ones. They have a non squeak plate between the pad and the caliper. The pins that hold the pads in do also require a little lube. Go back 2 ur dealer and have a go, u've spent alot of money and deserve 2b treated better than that.
Did you buy this car from guildford audi? we sold an RS6 the other week and came back the other day with brake squeal. the discs on RS6's generally need replacing at about 10,000 miles. i've replaced a few sets now and at the sort of mileage they do squeak. if this is a new car then the service...
I've had my 1.8T for 6 months now and if your drive hard in 4th it sticks in gear. its extremely difficult to change. Its also very notchy going into 2nd intermittently. anybody ever experienced anything similar?
