    Hi! I've had exactly the same problem that I've been trying to solve for 2 years! I have a high milage audi 80 tdi. All it was, was the inlet manifold and pipes to it were so blocked up with "crud" it was unbelievable. I have now cleaned them and the problem is gone!

    tdi problems

    Hi just in case anyone has a similar problem it wasnt the airflow meter? When i had taken the pipes off everything inc the inlet manifold was really crudded up a pain to get off but once cleaned is 100% better.

    Air flow meter

    Hi! I have bought a new bosch 5 pin air flow meter. I am replacing a pierburg 6 pin meter, where only 5 of the pins are in use- 1,2,3,5and 6. Can anyone look at theirs and let me know which colour wires go where on the new bosch one. PLEASE HELP!! CAR IN BITS ON DRIVE!!

    tdi problems

    Hi i have had a problem with my tdi audi 80 for over a year now . It kicks like mule intermitently , all the fuel lines have been swapped so not air getting in . injectors cleaned all ok and the air filter changed anybody got a clue please help.
