    25mm is normal I'd go sump gaurd and see how you get on

    not sure where you get them from but 40mm spacers are abit extreme, you will lose the lower engine mount, and will take the driveshaft closer to the arb, can cause exhaust to rub, cons outweigh the pro imo

    The plastic riverts will have failed so there's a gap in the casing, common problem happened on my old 1.8t, you need to remove it drill the riverts out and use nuts and bolts to pull it back together makes it alot quieter

    there is 3 or 4 main plugs on the loom which will disconnect it from the bay loom, and one on the ecu left hand side iirc
