if this is the case is this an easy fix or would this need to be put into a garage to get sorted

hi i just arrived home from work and when i got out my car i noticed my front passenger wheel was smoking i touched the alloy and it was hot but behind that was all to hot to touch i heard a small noise when i was braking at one point but nothing major also i wasn't braking heavily either...
