Hi, have a blown Turbo on my 2000 1.8T Avant Quattro - APU Engine. I would be grateful if anyone knows where I can find a FAQ or step by step intructions on how and what I need to do to replace/fit a new turbo e.g. what bits to replace i.e. oil pipes, what bits to clean i.e. intercooler...

Paul, could be something else. One that comes to mind immediately are temp sensors - if they are failing, they set off the ems light. Their computer will tell you. I would also get them to check that the push-fit plugs & connections were all connected properly after new water pump installed.

Hi, Would appreciate any help in removing the red/white light unit located on the inner panel of the tailgate on my 2000 A6 Avant. The light should come on when I lift the tailgate but doesn't. I think bulb needs replacing and I don't want to break any "legs" on the lense. TIA
