      Hi mate, the bumper panel cost £130 to have wrapped - I didn't think it was too bad - you can get sheets of 3M Di-noc on ebay for around £80 but I don't think even the largest are big enough to it in one piece. When you add the time involved to get it looking right then it seems ok. The insert clips into the back bumper - it is easiest to start with the 2 clips around the centre at the bottom - if you get under the car you should see them - try and push them out with your finger tips and then you can pull the insert out from behind the car.
