I would again recommend 4 rings without a doubt. I am using them today for a job on my B7 and vouch for the quality of work (I am SE London too).. Give Dean a call, he is very helpful - nothing to loose with a phone call

B7 brakes are pretty much spot on - had no issues at all with them (mine are standard btw). Even the the mrs commented when she first drove it how responsive the brakes were! I dont need to be that heavy on the pedal to bring the car to a standstill from speed. Much better feel than my old 8L S3!
