Thanks. The wheels are r36 alloys, either 8 or 8.5j all round (can’t remember off the top of my head). 235/35/19 tyres though.

I'm sure they are sandwiched between the hub and wheel bearing assembly. So no i'm afraid

I'm running 19x8.5 et42. 225/35 tyres. lowered on h&r 30mm. No rubbing whatsoever, even with four people in, and the dog in the boot! lol

My 2.0 tdi sport, only owned it for a few months, Just fitted new wheels and h&r suspension. Looks good next to my a4.

I've tried a wheel from my a4 earlier same spec apart from the offset is lower at 35. There is a good inch of clearance from the bumper screw, so a 45 offset should just about clear it loaded up (i hope!)
