What lead times are currently being quoted for A3 Saloons? Thinking of ordering one or an A4 depending on the deal, for the next March new registration. Never ordered a new car so a little unsure of the length of process?

Insane cars but a nightmare to maintain, or at least mine was anyway!

Think my concern over the turbo goes back to the last turbo car I had 15 years ago, a Renault 5 GT Turbo! Guess turbos have come a long way since then!

Oh ok cool, will have to have a closer look round, partly depends how much I get for the ST as a trade in. I owe 3k on a loan for it so anything over that will go into the kitty.

<br /> <br /> Believe me I would much rather the 2.0tdi but with only 8k to spend it looks like I would struggle to pick up a 56 plate or newer with 50k miles which are my benchmarks whereas a 1.9 appears feasible for that money.
