Lol. Bit harsh. Encouraging the man to relax a little about his car would have been diplomatic and softer. But I get where your coming from.
I’m quite OCD myself and get easily worked up and the slightest issue with my cars. I have to manage it lol. [emoji4]

Could it just be unburnt fuel popping in the exhaust? Perhaps running a little rich?
If you have VCDS check fuel trims in Engine, measuring blocks 032. See if it’s pulling any fuelling.

Automotive Addiction. They are big on RS3’s lately and seem to be doing well with them. Ask for Dhyllan. Nice guy there.
Check out their social media especially Instagram and you’ll see what I mean.

I have the Castor increasing bushes. No noise difference IMO, better handling, steering and steering feel. Better straight line stability especially at motorway speeds.

Walk away mate. 2 years old and no service? Not even the initial inspection service for an oil change ? On such an expensive car?

When a service, or warranty work is completed you don't get a stamp in a book anymore. It's all stored on Audi central servers.
Even when you go to a quality independent like say Awesome Gti, they have access to those servers to update the record as long as you used proper spec parts. So you can...

Also check history with...

RO1 is the older spec of the current RO2. RO2 has bigger rim protector and I think uses latest Pirelli PZero Z4 compound.
AO is a different Audi spec altogether but mainly used on the non RS cars. Doesn’t have as big a rim protector as the RO1/2 specs.

I wouldn't drop the wheel size, that would look awful.
My wheels are 19 inch and 8.5j all round yet they were nearly 5kg lighter than the OEM rotors. Made a big difference to the handling.

If your ride is harsh and you have mag ride the first thing you need to do is get it calibrated by Alex at Vag Car Coding. Lots of cars were set incorrectly at the factory resulting in poor ride comfort.
Failing that I suggest KW V3 coil overs. You can adjust the rebound setting to your liking...
