Ride height up or down?

Hey Thanks for your help. I take it the RS4 ones are genuine ? and if so how much and do I only need to fit the rear ? What about the front doesnt that need doing? Does the new bar increase the ride height any.

Im looking to buy front and rear ARB's, upgrades with Powerflex or similar to stiffen my 1.8t sport. Who's are the best in terms of performance and value for money. I know Eibach do some but who else. Ta!!
