Hi Guys,
I'm not really a very active member on this site, although it has helped me alot over the years!
So i'm hoping some of you more clued up members can help?
To cut a very long story short my car was stolen and taken for a joy ride by some low life scum a few days ago...
However...
That sounds like some good mods planned mate..
like i say the 007p will be fine and cheaper than the 008
and i agree that you should start buying parts a bit at a time... cos its gets expensive trust me lol
And i can't recommend the badger5 tip highly enough.. an esential mod IMO.
Which...
although i do wish mine had heated seats.... especially in this weather!
Does anyone else feel like they've wet themselves when they're on or is it just me?
Rich
In all honesty mate just save the £13 and buy the 007p... it may not look as good but it will do
exactly the same job.
I can't see how the 008 can perform better when all they are is a pressure relief valve with a piston and a spring!
The only reason i brought a 007p over a standard one is...
I have to add another vote for the non resonated!
I have a 3'' downpipe, decat and miltek cat back and i have to say it sounds awesome.... and doesn't drone when
cruising at all.
even at motorway speeds it is a bit louder than standard but not too much
I don't think the above is true... i think some fitments do have little holes between the bolt holes to enable them to be balanced
on a wheel balancer... but not all genuine BBS fitments need them.
Same as above really... i had the same problem with red warning light coming on intermitantly even though the level was fine, i replaced the expansion tank and sensor ( can't get separatly) and has been fine ever since

jojo.. thats a pretty good gain, i really need to find my vagcom lead and log airflows to check my gains! The best i've seen before the tip were about 206 gs which i believe equates to about 260bhp??
S3 RAV.. Thanks dude, i think i've pretty much hit a wall with mods without getting into silly...
Hi people,
I've been a long time user of this site but only just registered :) First can i just say that this site has been invaluable in diagnosing and fixing many common faults which i have come across in my 4 years of ownership!
Secondly, i have just purchased and fitted a badger5 tip...
