Very common on DI engines to consume a little oil just keep an eye on the level.

Ideally you'll need bump and rebound adjustability for comfort... look into PC coil overs.

Check the high pressure fuel pump pipes if u can remove and PTFE the threads.

5W40 is the correct one but 5W30 is acceptable conforming to VW502.

The front pads are push ins and the back are screw ins.

Could just be trapped air ,drive the car to empty before filling up.

EGRs clogs up usually when the DPF is full . It forces exhaust gases through the EGR.
