    Still Knocking

    I had a similar problem with my 2001 A3 T Sport a few months ago. It was actually a broken bracket on the exhaust causing it to bang the underside of the car on some occasions, especially going over speed bumps! Needed a new centre section for the exhaust. Might be worth a look.
