I think that my turbine is not able to deliver so much power anymore. I also checked vag parameter Duty Cycle, but I not sure anymore what was all about it. Can you do the VAG-COM log like I append it? RPM vs Duty Cycle, so I can compare it.
Duty cycle log...
i found something interesting: (not for model audi a3)
1 - Kick down switch
Not installed on all vehicles
Disengages A/C compressorCan also be controlled by Transmission Control Module (TCM) or Engine Control Module (ECM)
2 - Connector station
3 - Footwell/defroster flap motor -V85-...
one more example when the cabine is already warmed:
sensor on block 56 has temp: 17°C
sensor on block 57 has temp: 27°C
-----------------------------------------
average temp of sensors : (17°C + 27°C) / 2 = 22°C
desired temp on climate control: 23°C
Why is the temp on sensor 56 so low...
no i don't need doctor, I'm just thin guy (can't gain weight so easy). For now I'm focused on heated gloves, but here in Slovenia the choice of heated gloves is so small that I will have to order it from foreign country (I would like to see and try glvoes before actually buying it)
1. That shoudn't be such a problem because the gloves are thin (not like skiing gloves)
2. I deirect all vents to steering wheel but my hands are stell pretty cold. I have problem with cold hands and feet beacuse if I touch cold item my hands quicky become cold and it's hard to get them warm...
The temperatures in my country drops below -10°C and my hands are freezing on my steering wheel.
I search on the internet for possible solution and so far they are:
gloves (I tried one skiing gloves and my hands are still cold)
baterry heated gloves I
baterry heated gloves II
heated steering...
I'll measure temperature with IR thermometer while the car will be warming up and report it here.
What's the block on VAG that I can see the colant temperature?
I think you mean that 49 is oil temperature and 51 is colant temperature (because 49 is warming up slower)
hmm, about block 49; I'm not so sure that's the oil temerature, because the temperature never drops below 30°C (even ouside temerature is -10°C), or it's possible that sensor has minimal...
yo,
My car: Audi a3 1.8t 8l 1998 AGU
I've been playing around with climate contol:
AudiWorld Tech Articles
And I'm interested in physical location of sensors on blocks:
49 - Malfunction counter for speedometer (vehicle speed) signal
51 - Engine Coolant...
I bought below engine protection - the short one:
But I want the big/long one! Does any one know the part code??
The original part from audi cost 100 and I want to find a fake or cheap one.
I got audi a3 1.8t and in the future I want to buy S3, but before that I want to know what is the price/maintenace ratio compate to A3
I know that insurance is more expencive, but what about the parts, fuel consumption and all other staff you have to mantain?
Is it little more expensive or...
