I would say find the source of oil leak and fix it. Did you find the oil in floor or around gearbox/clutch? Tapatalk - HTC_U-3u

This is special O-ring that very hard, I think you can't find this in auto shop. But it can order on-line for compatible O-ring. Or order full fitting pack, with all necessary seals. Tapatalk - HTC_U-3u

If you were installing new injector, you will need full pack of injector seal. All seal/o-ring should be renew too. This is newer version of injector seal. Tapatalk - HTC_U-3u

2007 S3 TFSI BHZ engine. I got seal pack(wrong spacer version but seal is same) from eBay. I learn from one YouTube video that new seal package came with steel spacer, and also can be found in eBay. Tapatalk - HTC_U-3u

I just put it back, and it's alright. Just make sure the others seal/o-rings is replaced or in good condition. But I still want to replace the plastic spacer with steel one, which is newer version. If I can sourcing this parts. Tapatalk - HTC_U-3u

I have this problem last year, it is oil leak at salve cylinder. End up replacing full clutch package and flywheel. The oil bleeder did not leaking, but I already order an ECS one so I also replace it. Did you top up the break fluid? Or maybe air in the oil line? Tapatalk - HTC_U-3u

I have results on my oily CHRA. I removed the oil return line, cleanup and refitted with new gasket, the fitting screw still clean(without oil in hex head) after about an week( 500 km). I think my leaking is stopped.:smiley:

@iKhmaiFoSho, I found my turbo leak oil just exactly same as your photo, oil in the CHRA then down to the subframe. Did you solve you TURBO oil leak problem? I am planing to fix this by myself, any info are appreciate.
