I had this problem as well, took scuttle of and cleaned out the groove with a toothbrush. Loads of crap came out and the scuttle panel clicked in nicely afterwards.

Where did you get the kit from matey? I might have to do a buy

Braided lines (thanks bill) and new nipples on. Had to get an old nipple spark eroded out but apart from that all good.. just need new discs and pads and they are getting fitted.

Had a very last minute change of heart with colour.. it’s no professional job but I’m pleased with the finish :racer:

Nice work! What paint is it if you don’t mind me asking? I’m thinking of using vht stuff, or just Halfords.

Started to strip back these lcr brembos, there were 2 separate layers of primer and paint, 2 completely different shades of red! Almost there now. Going yellow with black decal. :icon thumright:

Hi Stuart, That’s a good idea - I will try that to narrow it down. To be honest mate when I fitted the airtec cooler I noticed a small amount but not loads so I just thought it was normal. Cheers.

Checked them on there mate, ordered new plugs which should be here tomorrow. Going to check the coil pack harness aswell as new coil packs. Hopefully that does the trick :icon thumright:

So following up on this, I didn’t manage to find a leak anywhere. Also haven’t got round to changing any sensors yet as I’ve been away. Car has done around 100 miles so next to nothing all I’ve done it put some cataclean stuff in with fuel..... But it’s gotton worse. I went to drive to work in...
