Could be an obvious question, but what's the temperature gauge at, 90? Anything else and it could be the stat, which in turn would cause it to overfuel. Got an extra 60 miles for £25 of petrol once I changed it.

I have a similar problem, but infact it's actually my ARB rubbing against the driveshaft as a result of it being lowered to much. Just simply need to raise it up or buy the correct ARB, personally id just raise it a little, assuming that the coil overs are adjustable?

Mm, I doubt that the Revo tuning would damage the car, as the trial is only 80% of Stage 1 I believe? However if your worried, take it back to them. They are very good when it comes to warranties etc, presumably the trial has a warranty on it?
