Thanks for the replies - I did check the volume control button mute :) Started it up this morning and all fine again, will keep an eye (or ear) on it and look at the MMI reset if it happens again.

Sorry to hear about the bad p/x values people are getting, but it is always going to be an issue for mainstream cars on PCP when you are looking to change early and are in negative equity for the majority of the term. If you are a serial car changer, I think you are better of finding other ways...

Interestingly, I've just tried this again and I get the option to download the maps now and downloading at the moment :grinning: All good, but would still like to have it sorted by Audi so the option is available properly.

Well done for finding this out, however I've changed the URL and tried all the map care options and they all show Service not available for me :(
