    Aero Wipers

As "Shy19s" said, it's much like polishing your car i.e. apply to cloth and wipe onto windscreen then after a few minutes just buff off. Makes a noticeable difference :icon_thumright:

    Aero Wipers

No mate I don't but the Rain-X creates a 'hydrophobic' coating which also reduces the friction and should actually make the blades move more freely... or is this judder when they are not in use?

Try some 'Rain-X' on your windscreen as well, I've always used it and on motorways the rain just beads off without even using the wipers. Will make the blades last longer as well.

Thanks for the quick replies :icon_thumright: Will try and call in at Audi tomorrow if I have time and if it is a universal wheel locking bolt. Below is a photo to see if anyone has the same: Failing that, I feel that the socket and hammer maybe a good idea  S3 ROCKS - the...

Removing Locking Wheel Bolt Without Adapter?

Hi, picked up my car last week and as I was giving it a bit of a service yesterday, I discovered that one of the wheels still had a locking wheel bolt holding it on. The problem is that the locking wheel nut adapter was not supplied with the car. I was wondering if it was a standard Audi...

It looks like the Haynes manual doesn't cover the S3 or quattro models, but i'm sure parts of it will be relevant mate.

No mate, went to view another car a couple of weeks ago (clio 172) and heard about this one for sale. Right, just had a good look under the bonnet to familiarise myself with the layout and which pipes go where. I initially thought the exhaust port was at the front (hence my confusion above...

Cheers, that makes sense as still getting my head around the setup and idn't look right for a turbo. One of the pipes is still attached so may need to source another. Going to take the engine cover off shortly to have a closer look at the turbo. Thanks

ok, just had a quick look at the turbo / intercooler setup and came across this: I assume one is for the hose to the intercooler but how about the other? Going to jack it up later and have a better look but any help is appreciated. Mine is a 55Ah battery

Hey everyone, picked up my A3 1.8T Sport last week and have been searching the forum over the weekend. Alot of helpful information on here and have already hopefully diagnosed the airbag light due to the S3 seats fitted, and well on the way to sorting out the central locking which seems a...
