youv obviously not driven an A3 Tdi, mine in fact is a bit lazy up until 50mph after that your cruising at 120 ish easily.. no remap just driven properly...

having had problems with my drivers door lately, not switching the interior light off when door is shut, a friend has had a look for fault codes today with his snap on scanner and came up with '01367 switched off at central lock pump'.
can anyone shed some light on this fault as a few nights ago...

sounds like a syncro or lay shaft has lost the will to live, you might be able to get a transmission specialist to overhaul it i had my golf mk2 box done over for about 250... a tranny specialist would be my first call...
