Hi, Did you ever get an answer to this question? I am in a similar position and it is obvious that the changer will not work with the Xtron HU (as per their information)

Does anyone have any experience with integrating an Xtron Android HU with a built in CD Changer fitted in a Audi B7 A4? I have given up on my (2) original RNS-E units which work but continuously give problems!
