I have mine in for service and MOT on the 5th of next month, they said they should be able to find out what the problem is, so hopefully i will be able to let you know some ideas of what it might be! also black smoke has now started! :( bad times

I have an Audi A6 with the same problem! i have had the problem before about 6 months ago! i drove through the shuddering only to blow my turbo by doing so! i had to replace the turbo and the EGR valve, i did this with Audi! Very expensive but i had warrenty so all was fine! but now the problem...
